Hi, I'm trying to use the new Python-API with our on-premise system. Our company runs it's own public key infrastructure, so I've configured Portal for ArcGIS with a corresponding certificate. Furthermore, there is a company-wide proxy that we are using. Sep 26, 2012 - It looks like get-pip.py has been updated to use the environment variables httpproxy and httpsproxy. Aug 31, 2018  This is definitely the first thing to try. Python is cross-platform, and this is the equivalent of what we normally do on Linux. Had problems on Windows (behind the same proxy) where the -proxy argument just would not have it at all, but the standard env var approach worked first time. For the record, we also set noproxy to avoid other internal requests trying to go out through the proxy.

The.condarc file is C:UsersYourUserName.condarc. If the filedoesn't exist you can create it. I didn't really work though (could not connect to a few servers, with one being the one I think it should be, and then it said no matching package found). I tried it with my corporate user name and password with no luck (it was pretty slow to get errors, suggesting it was trying). The trouble is I'm behind a corporate firewall (in IE it says under automatic configuration script), so I can't connect to the relevant server.I saw some stuff on this group about modifying a /.condarc file, but I can't seem to find such a file.
